Shipping & Return Policy
All in-stock items will normally be shipped within 24 hours. Around national holidays, shipping times may be slightly longer. Shipping is free for orders over $75 and is $5.95 for orders less than $75.
Occasionally, items may go on backorder. When this happens, we will notify the customer by email. Any items in the order that are not on backorder are shipped immediately. Backorders will be shipped when available unless the customer cancels the order upon notification that the item is on backorder.
- Customer must call Walsh Natural Health at (847) 864-1600 during store hours to initiate a return.
- If the return is approved, customer must ship the merchandise back to Walsh Natural Health within 30 days from the date the product(s) were ordered.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of Walsh Natural Health on a case by case basis.
Customer Cancelled Orders:
Orders that are cancelled by the customer before they are shipped are refunded promptly, usually the same business day. It may take up to 72 business hours for your credit card company to post the credit. If the customer cancels the order after the product is shipped, the customer must cover the cost of shipping the package back to us and a refund will be issued when we receive it.
Canceling of Orders by Walsh Natural Health:
Walsh Natural Health reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. In a case such as this, any payments received by Walsh Natural Health from the customer will be promptly refunded or returned to the customer. The customer will be notified of the cancellation.
