Can I cancel or change my order?

It is difficult to cancel or change an order once is has been placed. Please call (888) 960-6578 between the hours of 9:00am-6:00pm as soon as possible to see if your order can be modified or cancelled.

Can I place a special order for items that you do not carry on your site?

We do not take special orders, however, if you don’t find what you need on our site, please visit our Wellevate site for a wide variety of products, or our Metagenics site if you are only looking for Metagenics products.

Can you help me pick the supplement that is right for me?

We have extensive knowledge about ingredients in supplements, what nutrients are commonly used for, and what typical dosages are. However, statements made, or products sold through this website are not a replacement for medical care and have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Do you have a Loyalty Program, and how do I join it?

If you have made a purchase online and have provided us with your email address, you will automatically be enrolled in the Walsh Connections Loyalty Program. You will earn points for each purchase, and will earn coupons as you accumulate points.

How do I redeem loyalty point coupons?

Any coupons earned will be automatically deducted from your total at the point that we fill the order. You will not see the points deducted until you receive your final receipt. Being a part of the Walsh Connections Program also gives you access to our everyday discounted items.

When will I receive an item that is on backorder?

Normally you will receive a back order within 2 weeks. Our staff will call you if the manufacturer is out of stock on the item and it will be longer. You will then have the option of cancelling the backorder.

Will I be charged shipping once the backorder is shipped?

There will be no additional shipping costs with a backorder if part of your order has already been sent and shipping was charged or waived. If the total order has been backordered, $4.95 will be charged if your order is under $50.
