I offer both in-person and remote consultation options via Zoom depending on what you prefer.
NOTE ON INSURANCE: While I do not bill insurance for you, I can provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance company. Insurance normally covers “Medical Nutrition Therapy”, which must be prescribed by your doctor. Doctors will typically prescribe this in cases where diet and lifestyle changes would benefit the health condition you are working on.
Consultation Options
Initial Consultation
$175 Adults, $100 Ages 7-25
60-75 Minutes
- Review of your entire health history—previous health issues, family history, current diet, exercise, stress levels, job, environmental exposures
- Discussion of current health challenges/goals
- Review of any bloodwork or other testing provided (NOTE:If you do not have existing bloodwork, we can order bloodwork for you)
- Functional test recommendations (if needed)
- Email summary of our appointment and next steps
Consultation Package of 4
$540 – All ages
4 Total hours
- Flexible: Time can be divided however you like—30, 45, or 60 minute sessions
- Payable prior to first appointment of the session
- Suggested for diet clean up, chronic disease management, rebalancing of hormones, and any condition that requires more than one appointment
Consultation Package of 8
$1080 – All ages
8 Total hours
- Flexible: Time can be divided however you like—30, 45, or 60 minute sessions
- Suggested for weight loss, cancer recovery, or recovery from any other major illness
