Program Overview

If you’re tired of yo-yo dieting or weight loss programs that don’t work, join one of our weight loss groups focused on sustained lifestyle change. Both educational and fun, our classes cover a wide range of topics including the effect of stress on weight gain, the importance of eating non-GMO and organic, why movement is important, the benefits of using natural remedies instead of drugs, easy meal preparation, and more! The program is loosely based on Metagenic’s First Line Therapy program as a guide. This is a clinically tested program that has been used worldwide. To this we will add our own expertise. Learn how supplements can assist with weight loss, how herbs and flower essences can assist with the emotional side of eating, what consumer products surround us that could be preventing weight loss, and more. Through lifestyle change you will lose weight, have more energy, get sick less often, and improve your chances for lifelong health!

Program Schedule & Agenda

10 SESSIONS:

Thursdays: October 5th- December 14th  8:15-9:15 am

  • Nutritional support products
  • Paired with low glycemic load meal plan
  • Cost for program: $299 (pay in full at registration)
  • The cost of protein shakes or supplements is separate, but do keep in mind that meal replacement shakes will replace a portion of your grocery bill
  • Pre-session requirements: Registration/payment and client health profile filled out and
    returned. Sign up and payment are required by September 10th.
  • Class will go forward with a minimum of 6 participants.

Your Instructor:

Deb Cyrel, CNC, is a Holistic Nutritionist that loves to educate people on health and wellness. Deb trained under a naturopathic doctor for 13 years and has over 15 years of experience doing nutritional counseling. Having also worked at several health food stores, she brings an extensive knowledge of supplements and their proper use. Deb looks forward to working with you as a group.
