If you’re tired of yo-yo dieting or weight loss programs that don’t work, join one of our weight loss groups focused on sustained lifestyle change. Both educational and fun, our classes cover a wide range of topics including the effect of stress on weight gain, the importance of eating non-GMO and organic, why movement is important, the benefits of using natural remedies instead of drugs, easy meal preparation, and more! We will be offering two groups, one on Tuesday nights and one on Saturday mornings. If you are interested in Tuesday nights please see the Tuesday Weight Loss Event.

Thursday Morning Weight Loss Group

This program uses a proven system combines weight loss and gentle detox with which we add our own expertise. Learn how supplements can assist with weight loss, how herbs and flower essences can assist with the emotional side of eating, what consumer products surround us that could be preventing weight loss, and more. Through lifestyle change you will lose weight, have more energy, get sick less often, and improve your chances for lifelong health!

“I highly recommend the weight loss program at Walsh. My goal was to lose weight and I have been very successful. I have been even more pleased with the “side effects”: significantly reduced joint pain, much-improved sleep pattern, elimination of stomach distress, better mood, and improved energy. The program gives a wonderful introduction and support to clean eating. This is not my first attempt to lose weight, but it is the first time I do not feel like I am on a diet. I am very pleased to have joined this group and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to embrace a healthy lifestyle.” ~Ann W.

Great program! There is terrific information not only for the short term, but also for long term healthy lifestyle changes. I liked that each week had a different focus. I looked forward to each session and found the group dynamic to be fun and helpful.” ~Chris J.

“This has been a great class. I feel healthier and much less achy. I have really enjoyed the mutual support of the group. I would highly recommend this for anyone.” ~Regina C.
