If you’re tired of yo-yo dieting or weight loss programs that don’t work, join one of our weight loss groups focused on sustained lifestyle change. Both educational and fun, our classes cover a wide range of topics including the effect of stress on weight gain, the importance of eating non-GMO and organic, why movement is important, the benefits of using natural remedies instead of drugs, easy meal preparation, and more! Program Schedule & Agenda

10 Sessions on Thursday mornings

September 19th-November 21st, 7:45-8:45am:

  • Nutritional support product
  • Paired with low glycemic load meal plan
  • Cost for program: $299 (pay in full at registration)
  • The cost of protein shakes or supplements is separate, but do keep in mind that meal replacement shakes will replace a portion of your grocery bill
  • Pre-session requirements: Registration/payment and client health profile filled out and
    returned. Sign up and payment are required before class begins.
  • Class will go forward with a minimum of 4 participants.

Your Instructor:

Lynn Bednar, MS, CNS, is a functional medicine-based Nutritionist that has a passion for natural health. Having owned and operated Walsh Natural Health for the last 14 years, Lynn is an expert on both diet and supplements. Her belief is that given the right nutrients, the body can heal itself. With proper fuel, the body becomes more efficient and naturally burns excess fat.

Lynn lives the lifestyle and practices what she preaches! She believes that good health is simple: it is about quality whole foods, movement, stress management, supplements, and living authentically.
